Welcome to the World Championship Surf & Shore Anglers Tournament
-the Annual global open registration tournament - giving you a unique opportunity to compete againist other Anglers from around the world on a global platform, without having to leave your local areas, tournaments and coastline.
There are no politics, no favoritism, and very little limitation of what can be scored.
This is the ultimate surf & shore fishing challenge to decided the best Continentals, Coastal, and World Champion!
The WCSSA is a different type of tournament that tests

The World Championship Has 3-Tournament Divisions You Can Enter:
The World Championship Contenders (Anglers) Division: $40.US entry fee (To Enter This Division)
This prestige division is open to every Angler in the world, to decides the best Surf and Shore Anglers on coastal lines, country and ultimately the World Best Surf and Shore Angler. Once you enter the Contenders division you automatically become an elite sport fisherman, creating a ripple effect across the world surf and shores.
As a World Championship Contender you will have 24-days throughout the tournament season to prove you are one of the best Anglers in the World.
The World Championship Heavyweight Division: $35.US entry fee (To Enter This Division)
Simply put this is the big fish division this is about how much weight can you reel in during the tournament season. This division has a cash pot! In addition, everything above 5 lbs.or 2.2680kg (to include Sharks and Rays) that you can land on a Beach or Shoreline can be scored.
$ 20.US of your entrance fee goes into the winning pot.
The World Championship Team Division: $125.US entry fee (To Enter This Division)
This division is the greatest team fishing challenge in the world. Consequently, if you believe you and your fishing mates can catch fish, then prove it in the battle royal for rights to become the Champion on your Coastline, Country and ultimate World Champions. As a World Championship Team, you will have 24-days throughout the tournament season to prove you have one of the best Fishing Teams in the World.
To register you do not need to supply us with your address or telephone number. We only need a valid email address, your name or contender name you choose, and either the City, town and State, Parish or region and Country if outside the United States. However, if you win a title or prizes, your address, postal code and telephone number will be required before we can administer your winning titles and prizes.
